What can I say about Peggy and Amanda at Studio Sangha? They have been a godsend.
When I arrived at the studio doors, I was suffering from Glandular Fever and starting work at 4am. It was making me mentally and physically fatigued. I was so weakened by the fever that I was not even able to stand up on my snowboard.
I started off doing pilates twice a week with Amanda. We focused on core development, mobility and strengthening the lower back.
Once I was a bit stronger, I started Restorative and Hatha classes with Peggy. Those classes helped meto increase muscular flexibility through developing the link between breathe and movement, bringing balance and relaxation within.
Three months down the line, I am starting to look like a new person thanks to Peggy and Amanda.
It is probably one of the best things I have done in Queenstown.
