Please choose appropriate levels. Beginner’s great for everyone.

We will have a few schedule changes starting Oct 11 when school gets back. Thurs Pilates will go back to a Hatha L1-2 class and we are hoping to add a Monday 8am L1-2 Pilates class. I will send out a newsletter.
