We are very please to confirm that Studio Sangha will host a 200 hour, Yoga Alliance Certified L1 teacher training led by master teacher and trainer Lance Schuler Oct 2013.

This level 1 teacher training Course has been designed, refined and successfully implemented around the globe over the past 10 years, catering to those aspiring yoga practitioners who wish to establish a sound foundation as a Yoga instructor. This course is 200 hour contact program and has a dual certification process. RYT 200 Yoga alliance 200 hour accreditation. Inspya yoga certificate iv 200 hour accreditation.

After decades training and personal development of our specialist, Inspya yoga’s level 1 TTC is now recognized and implemented successfully all over the world.

The diversity of the teachers and the international experience of the TEAM create a platform of learning with such depth and excellence for a training that excels in every component.

Monday-Friday
6:00- 10:00  Pranayama, Meditation and practice.
10:00-10:30 Tea and snack break
10:30-12:00 Class (anatomy, ect)
12:00-1:00 Lunch
1:00-3:00 Class
3:00-3:30 Snack break
3:30- 5:30 evening class, either technical or restorative
Saturday
8:00-12:00 practice
Done for the weekend

Phase 1: Course intention, Group Cohesion, Asana Methodology, Class structure, Anatomy and physiology, Applied Anatomy, Adjustment Skills (verbal and hands on)
Phase 2: philosophy, Ethics, Class Sequencing/Formatting, Nutritional Awareness.
Phase 3: Presentation skills, voice Modulation, Demonstration Skills, First and Second Line Teaching (le: on and off the mat)
