Be consistent. That is one of the most important things about practicing. Yoga brings up old injuries, misalignments and blockages, as well as shows the practitioner where weakness or tightness is. To move through this, we must stay with the practice and be consistent. “Through repetition the magic is forced to rise” Don’t give up, don’t be scared. Yoga opens doors to the body and mind you never thought possible.
Please come 20 minutes early for your first class and arrive early for all classes. We lock the door to ensure that we start classes in a timely manner, we aren’t disturbed during classes, as well as for the safety of our belongings. Studio office open 30 minutes before and after class.
Come to class hydrated and eat your bigger meals 2-4 hours before class. If you know you are prone to blood sugar lows, eat something light before class like a piece of fruit or granola bar. Water takes 3-4 hours to absorb so drink consistently all day.
